Superstar Mahesh Babu is one of the top heroes of Tollywood. His last film was ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ which was a blockbuster hit and even became the second-highest-grossing film of 2022. His next film is his 28th film which is tentatively titled SSMB28. The Sarkaru film is directed by Trivikram Srinivas. They have worked together even before in the films Athadu and Khaleja. Athadu was a blockbuster hit but Khaleja was a flop.
This Sarkaru film casts Pooja Hegde as the lead heroine, who has acted with Mahesh before in the Maharshi film. The other heroine is Sree Leela, who is currently on fire with many big projects. Her last film was ‘Dhamaka’ which got more famous in Tollywood and is bagging all the opportunities.
According to the latest reports, the SSMB28 movie will have mind-blowing action sequences. The character and dialogues of Mahesh will be very powerful and it would be a family entertainer. Also, the title of the movie would unveil on May 31st. Now, the poster of the film is released which gained a huge response from the audience and the team revealed that the movie would release on January 13, 2024.
A formal launch ceremony for the movie was held in November 2020 after it was officially revealed in May 2020. Principal photography started in Dubai in January 2021 and later moved to Hyderabad, however it was postponed in April 2021 because to the COVID-19 epidemic. Prior to wrapping up in April 2022, filming began again in July 2021 and took place in Goa and Spain. Thaman S wrote the soundtrack and the film’s score, and R. Madhi and Marthand K. Venkatesh handled the filming and editing, respectively.
